Ancient Tablet

The Ancient Tablet is found in Kasandora, in ActRaiser. It's discovered by the people after completing both Acts and when they are guided to the eagle geoglyph in the northwest. The tablet describes a treasure hidden on a bird-shaped island, which is in Marahna. By giving this tablet to the people of Marahna, and by blasting the appropriate spot with Lightning, the people will uncover the Magical Aura spell.
